Greetings! I’m Nathan ”Nate” Love and I’m incredibly excited to be your realtor. As an extrovert with dual Master’s degrees in Public Health and Public Policy, my approach to real estate is relational and blends critical thinking with a comprehensive understanding of individual and community health.
To me real estate isn’t just the cabinets and finishes in your kitchen, it’s a fundamental component of your financial future. Since sound financial investments are driven by data, I work to build relationships with people like my neighbor (the Grand Rapids economic development director) as well as people down the street at SpeakEZ (where I’ve worked). These data enable me to go beyond the numbers from the FED, NAR, or comparable within our local market and gain critical insights into the investment potential of any house my clients are considering.
Real estate isn’t just a job, it’s a passion and a way to invest in the health of the community in which I live. Not only am I a board member of Cherry Health and the Grand Rapids Crisis Fund Task Force (a non-profit focused on funding emergent housing needs for individuals throughout GR), but I’ve pledged to give away 15% of my closing commissions to a non-profit of my client’s choosing.
